TAI CHI (TAIJI QUAN)

Tai Chi is a slow moving style of Chinese martial arts that has undebatable impacts on physical and psychological health. Its the only instance in human history where a martial art has spread across the world for its preventative and healing benefits. From musculoskeletal health all the way to PTSD, Tai Chi has been shown to be beneficial.
Who it’s for: No real age restrictions, but it tends to be more understandable for older people. Also recommended for those under stress and with difficulties in finding physical and emotional relaxation.
Content:
1st year– Tai Chi Stepping, Tai Chi kicks, standing meditation, Wudang Tai Chi 28 posture form.
2nd year– standing meditation, qi gong, Wudang Tai Chi 108 posture form, beginning push hands.
3rd year– qi gong, standing meditation, Tai Chi Sword, push hands.
