Learn Chinese for Beginners

Learn Chinese in just an hour per session with our game-like lessons. Whether you’re a beginner starting with the basics or looking to practice your reading, writing, and speaking, we make it easy to understand Pinyin/ Jyutping and to form a habit of language learning and Chinese cultures, with fun game-like features and group conversation activities with peers in a fun environment.

Goals:

1. Classroom phrases: Use Classroom phrases to greet and introduce myself
2. Countries: Ask where someone is from and what languages they speak
3. Greetings: Ask where someone works, resides, and what occupation and hobbies they have
4. Mid-semester check 
5. Numbers: Counting in Cantonese/ Mandarin and various practices with numbers
6. Family: Discussing social groups ( family members, friends)
7. Describe objects: Tell whose object this is and where it is located
8. Final semester assessments
