Course curriculum

Adult Kung Fu will use traditional training regimens and modern exercises to build mobility, body mechanics, and kungfu punches, kicks, and stances. 

Areas of focus will include:

  • Balance and joint stability 
  • Flexibility and Mobility, particularly in the hips and legs.
  • Muscular and cardiovascular endurance
  • Traditional Kungfu patterns.

Healthy Adults 45 and under for beginners, if older experience necessary.
