COURSE CURRICULUM
Adult Kung Fu will use traditional training regimens and modern exercises to build mobility, body mechanics, and kungfu punches, kicks, and stances.
Areas of focus will include:
Balance and joint stability
Flexibility and Mobility, particularly in the hips and legs.
Muscular and cardiovascular endurance
Traditional Kungfu patterns.
Healthy Adults 45 and under for beginners, if older experience necessary.
